Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains the data handled by the Tiny Desk AI service.

Tiny Desk AI Generation

Photos are previewed locally until you confirm generation. Confirmation submits the selected photos, mode, duration, aspect ratio and role assignments to our server. We use Replicate to process the submitted media and generation instructions; its own processing and retention terms also apply. Soul Session and Coaches Session use a reference video and retain its template soundtrack. Create Your Band uses portraits and a scenery reference to generate a new performance with original AI-generated music.

We retain submitted photos and settings in private storage with the task record for generation history and support. Generated videos are stored privately and served through authenticated downloads. Authorized administrators may review these inputs and outputs for support. No automatic deletion interval is currently promised. Request deletion through the contact page; removing a photo from the editor does not delete an already submitted generation record or copies held by the provider.

Only select photos of adults who have agreed to be included. Reloading the page clears local photo previews but does not cancel accepted tasks or erase server records.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

  1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
  2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
  3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
  4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
  5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  6. Generation Information — The portrait you submit, generation settings, task status, and resulting video, used to process and manage your video request.

Submitted portraits and settings are retained in private storage alongside the generation record after processing. You can request deletion through the contact page.
