Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Tiny Desk AI creates a 10-second Soul Session or 15-second Coaches Session in 9:16 or 16:9. Reference sessions retain the selected template's original audio track. Create Your Band offers 10 or 15 seconds with original AI-generated music. Exact identity, instrument movement and camera timing can vary. Original template videos and illustrative artwork are distinct from generated results. This experience is independent of NPR, Tiny Desk and any artist. Using template audio does not grant a separate music license.

Tiny Desk generation costs 100 credits for 10 seconds or 150 credits for 15 seconds. One-time packs are listed on the Tiny Desk pricing page. Technical task failures return the charged credits automatically. Pending tasks and completed results that do not meet subjective expectations are not recorded technical failures. Generating a new version is a separate paid attempt. Photos and settings are processed and retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output can vary in appearance and likeness. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Tiny Desk AI is sold through one-time, prepaid credit packs. Buying a pack does not create a recurring subscription, start a billing cycle or authorize automatic renewal. A new credit purchase requires a separate checkout. The selected pack, credit amount, validity terms and any applicable tax are shown before payment. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Generation reserves the credit amount shown for the selected duration. When a generation is recorded as failed, its reserved credits are restored. Processing and storage-pending jobs are not recorded failures.

Used credits are non-refundable. Requests concerning unused credits, duplicate charges, missing credits or other payment issues are reviewed in line with our refund policy. Returning reserved credits after a failed task is separate from a cash refund. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Intellectual Property

We retain rights to our own original software and content. Third-party footage, music and likenesses remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access to this service does not grant a license to that third-party material or imply endorsement by its creators.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
